4. Case Inquiry By Date
This option allows you to see the entire court docket for any date that the court is in session.
NOTE: Cases are presented by Case Number and Type. This option is useful only if you
know the case number and date.
By default, today's date appears in the DATE FILED: field. Press [Enter] to accept this
date or type the date you want and press [Enter].
Dates can be entered as follows: January 9, 1997 can be entered: 010997 or 10997. DO
NOT TYPE SPACES OR SLASHES.
IMPORTANT: After typing the date, press [Del] to remove the extra characters then
press [Enter].
| A list of that date's
entire docket appears. Press [Tab] to put the cursor in the leftmost column of the list. Press
[PgDn], [PgUp] to scroll through the list. Press [Tab] or [Dn]/[Up] keys to move the
cursor one record at a time. Type X next to each record that you want to view. Press [Enter]

Refer to the table below for proper interpretation of some of the prompts and symbols that you
will see.
KEY OR PROMPT PRESS ACTION
CMD1 - End Program [F1] Ends the program returns you to the
CK1 - End Program NMT Civil Case Inquiry menu.
CK2 - Return [F2] Display the previous screen.
Rollup [PgUp]
Rolldown [PgDn] Displays the next screen.
+ [PgDn] Where a plus (+) is displayed on
the right side of a line or list, a
continuation of the line, comment
or list will be displayed.
Defendants
| The first screen
shows Defendant information for the first Defendant (1). Press [Enter] and the information
for the second Defendant (2) will appear if there is one. Defendant information screens will
continue to appear after pressing [Enter] until all Defendants have been viewed. |
