This is the second of 3 files in this section.
Each Inquiry screen keys on the Tax Bill Number to retrieve data specific to that screen. A new Tax Bill Number can be entered at any screen. The new number is then stored in memory and carries over to the other Inquiry screens.

Total 1 Total of all prior bills plus full amount
for the current year for the UPC at the
bottom of the screen.
Total 2 Total of all Prior Bills plus the 1st Half
for the current Year.
Number 1 Requested Tax Bill #.
Number 2 Most Recent Tax Bill
Others Other Tax Bills for this UPC
** Fully Paid Tax Bills
F Unpaid Tax Bills
2 Half paid Tax Bills
Number 3 The current UPC number.
Messages Area for messages. If any messages appear,
press [Ctrl]R to clear and continue.
INM - Inquiry Payment History
The Inquiry Payment History screen shows a history of payment transactions.

The shaded items are explained in the table beginning on the next page:
Top Half of Screen
UPC Uniform Property Code. Identifies a
specific property.
DLQDT1 Date first half taxes will have penalty &
interest assessed.
DLQDT2 Date second half taxes will have penalty &
interest assessed.
PAID STATUS F-Full, H-Half, C-Cancel, U-Unknwn,
blank-Unpaid
ISPIBM Not currently used.
JORS/ CODE Indicates a correction to a tax bill or
other action.
ACTION P-Pending, C-Cancel, I-Issued, R-Reference,
J-Assessor authorization or court order,
S-Omitted assessment.
NUMBER Assessor authorization num. BCTS internal
use.
TAX NUMBER Tax bill number for related tax bill for
the same tax year (displayed without year),
e.g. bill that was cancelled or
amended bill.
DATE Date of correction or other action.
Bottom Half of Screen
CASH DATE The date payment was posted.
ENTRY DATE The date payment was processed.
TIME/BLIP# Time of day or microfilm reference.
OP-BTC-TRN-SEQ Operator, batch, transaction and sequence
numbers.
MGC NUMBER Specific mortgage company. An entry of all
9's indicates that the taxes were paid by
the taxpayer, not the mortgage company. A
comprehensive list of mortgage companies
and codes is available online here.
INTDTE Interest Date. The date used to determine
late payment charges, e.g. interest and
penalty.
JE# Journal Entry Number.
MULTI Indicates that the check used to pay this
tax bill included payments for other tax
bills.
LST Last sequence number of the transaction.
MOD Indicates a modification to override the
interest and penalty calculation.
M-P P-Claim for refund. M-Not currently used.
TYPE Displays 1st Half, 2nd Half or FUL Payment.
CHK CHK-Check, CSH-Cash, C/C-Check and Cash.
MSC Displays S-Short, O-Overpayment, R- Refund.
TAX AMT Amount paid on this tax bill.
PAYMENT AMT Total amount of payment used to pay this
tax bill.
SH/OV/RF AMT SHort/OVer/ReFund.
INT AMT Interest paid for late payment.
PEN AMT Penalty paid for late payment.
ADM FEE Administrative Fee paid.
The Inquiry Valuation screen shows the property valuation. This includes detail on assessed property value and improvements and corresponding taxable property value and improvements. In addition it shows any applicable exemptions. Also on this screen is a complete description of the property. This includes the T-R-S (Township-Range-Section), legal description, property address and tax district.

UPC Uniform Property Code. Used to identify a
specific property. The code under the UPC
number can be:
MRGA Property is located in the Middle Rio
MRGB Grande Conservancy District.
AFC Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood
Control Authority.
ESW Edgewood Soil and Water Conservation
District.
GRA Agricultural Grazing Assessment.
GBW Agricultural Greenbelt Wet Assessment.
GBD Agricultural Greenbelt Dry Assessment.
SPLIT Change in UPC from the previous tax year.
CODE CHG
T-R-S Township-Range-Section. Used for property
location.
PROPERTY ADDRESS Address where the property is located. The
mailing address near the bottom of the
screen may be different.
LEGAL Legal description of the property.
TAX DIST Tax District:
C - City (Albuquerque)
X - County (unincorporated)
XT - Tijeras
XC - Corrales
XR - Ranchos de Albuquerque
The number to the right is the school
district:
12 - Albuquerque Public Schools
8 & 24 - Moriarty Municipal Schools
ASD LAND Assessed land value.
ASD IMPV Assessed improvement value on real
property, which would include buildings,
fences, landscaping, wells, etc. or
assessment on mobile homes.
TXB LAND Taxable land value which is approximately
1/3 of the assessed land value.
TXB IMPV Taxable improvement value which is
approximately 1/2 of the assessed
improvement value.
STAT EX Shows the amount of the Statutory
Exemption, e.g., head of household, church,
etc.
VET EX Shows the amount of the Veterans'
Exemptions.
NET TXBL The taxable (TXB) total less exemptions =
net taxable value (NTV). The letter
preceding the value can be:
R - Residential tax rate
N - Non-residential tax rate
MESSAGES Other information relevant to the displayed
tax bill. If the message is FLAG SEE QPA,
more information is available on the QPA
screen (type QPA[Enter] in the OPTIONS:
field.
ASD PP Assessed Personal Property Value.
TXP PP Taxable Personal Property Value which is
approximately 1/3 of the assessed personal
property value.
ASD GBLT Assessed Agricultural Value.
TXB GBLT Taxable Agricultural Value. The letter
preceding the value can be:
G - Grazing
W - Wet
D - Dry
