About the Custody List

The Bernallilo County Jail Custody List shows all the people incarcerated by the Bernalillo County Detention Center Jail. It includes information on each person such as the Social Security Number, Date of Birth, booking date as well as many other details.

The Custody List is normally updated on a daily basis, although this is at the discretion of the County.

Graphical Browsers

You may use Netscape, Quarterdeck's Mosaic, Internet Explorer or any other graphical browser that can display tables properly..

Special Codes

Most of the information displayed is fairly straighfoward. If one name is listed and one or another similar entries occurs below that first name, it indicates that the person in question used aliases.

Here are the interpretation of the codes for the housing location.

Code Meaning

BCDC-6W-W-19

Any Code with the form BCDC followed immediately by numbers indicates a location in the main Detention Center.
BCDC-AWOL Indicates Absent Without Leave
BCDC-WEST Any codes beginning this way indicate a location at the Westside facility
BCDC-ASDP Indicates Alternative to Secured Detention Program, i.e. house arrest with ankle bracelet.
BCDC-RD Receiving. Will soon be transferred elsewhere.
BCDC-P&R Processing and Release. Indicates imminent release.
BCDC-D&E Indicates a 60 day stay at the Grant Diagnostic and evaluation center.
BCDC-SAT Indicates Satellite center: minimum security, almost always work release
BCDC-ANX Indicates the Detoxification Center

Printing

When you print from your Web browser, you may want to print landscape to fit all the information on the page. Consult the manuals for your system on how to set this.
