The Doña Ana County Public Access Menu provides information on file with Doña Ana County
regarding deeds, property taxes, building permits, voter registration and more.
NOTE: Most functions in the Doña Ana County Public Access System are case sensitive, usually
UPPER case. Using the Doña Ana County databases will be much easier if you set your Caps
Lock ON.
NOTE: "Doña" is spelled "Dona " whenever the screen spells it that way, or when the text refers
to the screen.
NOTE: The Doña Ana County Public Access System is a Premium Service. When you connect to this service, you incur an additional per minute charge from Technet.

From any screen, press [Ctrl]-C. If your Telnet client does not close automatically, you may have to close it manually. See Exiting Remote Applications for more detail.
The commands used in the Doña Ana County Databases are usually a single letter which you
must type followed by [Enter]. Quite often, this letter must be in UPPER CASE.
Anytime you see (cr) , (CR) as well as <CR> or <cr> this refers to the [Enter] key.
Occasionally, when you select an option, an error message may appear. Usually, this message is
not useful and should be ignored, pressing [Enter] if necessary.
The 
symbol shows which menu option is being discussed. The options above the menu
option marked by show how to get to that menu.
Any time a name is entered, the more specific the name, the shorter the list you will have to look
through.

This option displays contact information about county accounts. Technet customers do not need
to contact the county for accounts. The account that Technet has established is sufficient for
viewing access to Doña Ana County databases.
