Information
Through a special agreement with the Motor Vehicle Division of the State of
New Mexico, Technet is able to provide access to the New Mexico Driver Citation
Database and the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Registration Database.
The Driver Citation Database contains the records of all drivers who hold a
New Mexico license as well as those out-of-state drivers who have been issued
a citation while operating a motor vehicle in New Mexico. Each record includes
public citation information for the past three years. Driver's records can be
retrieved by knowing a driver's name and date of birth, a driver's New Mexico
license number, or a driver's social security number.
The Motor Vehicle Registration Database contains the registration
information of all motor vehicles presently registered in the State of New Mexico.
To find a registration record, you must know either the vehicle's New Mexico
license plate number or its vehicle identification number (VIN).
NOTE:
The Motor Vehicle Division Database is
a Premium Service. When you connect to this service, you incur an additional
per minute and per lookup charge from Technet.

If you are interested in access to the MVD database,
please print out and return this form.
You MUST have it notarized.
You will be notified if you qualify for
MVD access.
There is no guarantee that access will be granted.

application doesn't close automatically, close your Telnet application manually.

The MVD Violation codes file contains descriptions
of the meaning of each violation code. A printable version
(237 Kb) is also available. Also available is the Restrictions
and Endorsements code file.
If you perform searches for clients and want to charge them for your time,
keeping track of what you do and for whom is important. Client Identification
allows you to identify the client. The time spent each uniquely identified client
appears on your Technet bill.

then [Enter]. The box on the right appears. Type anything
you want to identify the client (up to 15 characters) and press [Enter].
All MVD inquiries are associated with the client ID you typed. Select this option
again: 1) assign another client ID or 2) press [Enter]
to discontinue client ID.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The information you see on your screen depends on the level
of access you are granted.
If you are not granted full access, many fields will
be filled with X's rather than actual data.
